FY 2019:

(Effective April 1, 2019)

Annual gross income can not exceed the following limits in order to qualify for the Vidalia Housing Authority.

 

Family of 1:  $29,200

Family of 2:  $33,400

Family of 3:  $37,550

Family of 4:  $41,700

Family of 5:  $45,050

Family of 6:  $48,400

Family of 7:  $51,750

Family of 8:  $55,050

All rents are based on income.  Our Authority has implemented Flat Rents to cap your rent at a certain amount, based on Toombs County Fair Market Rents.  These are determined by HUD and are subject to change.  Call the office for more information.
