Follow the steps below to complete your Annual Re-Examination
In accordance with 24 C.F.R. § 960.257(a)(2)
Public housing recertification is an annual process that tenants must complete to ensure that their information is correct, including their income and family composition. Annual recertifications are required by law. If you do not complete your annual recertification, or if you falsify information during this process, the housing authority can start the eviction process
STEP ONE:
Click on the link above and sign all the re-examination forms. An email will be sent to our Administrative Office automatically.
STEP TWO:
Click on the link above and attach all income documents. This includes paystubs (last three), and any other proof of income.
STEP THREE:
Call the office to confirm if you need to verify any other information.
